Malam berinai

This is one of the highlights of my wedding ceremony. Jejari pengantin will be inked with henna! The henna artist is Kak Ina. I got her from my bridal. It was a last minute plan!

Initially I wanted an Indian henna lady. I tried this one Indian lady and she used the chemical “henna”. I didn’t like it. It looked, tattoo-ish. So I had to find a new henna lady.

Lucky my bridal, Kak Ina Megoplex knew this one henna artist. I looked at the catalogue and I just go with it. Better have something than nothing right.

So on that night, I invited my colleagues and my girls. It was a low key affair. It took me almost one and half hour to berinai! I had butt cramped!!! Haha.

After that, my sister Leen berinai and my colleagues pun berinai. For my fingers, I used Inai Mekah.  Mak ngah bought it for me when she did her umrah in February 2013. For my upper hand, palm and my feet I used the inai kon by the henna lady.

We jamu our tetamu with mee  goreng mamak, pulut kuning dan masamah and kuih muih.

Busana- Mak Ngah
Hijab- pengantin’s own

Makeup- Rozi

I'm getting inked!

I wanted a simple design. This was inspired by Ayu Raudah's
